(1) 3 Tier Hi Lo Skirt Turquoise Taffeta/Crinkle Taffeta. Elastic waist. Crinkle Taffeta ruffles.
Length at front is 17”.
Length at back is 31”.
Waist is approx. 30” unstretched.
Cold wash. Fluff Dry. Synthetic Steam Press on the inside of the garment.
Constructed with quality crinkle taffeta. Fabric has a crisp hand with a beautiful drape. It is opaque. The lighter the color the less opacity.
Fabric is preshrunk.
