Refund/Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds or cancellations for any orders. Custom garments are created using measurements you provide. Ready to ship garments clearly have measurements listed in the description. We do stand behind our work. If you are unhappy simply contact us and we will work with you. We do not support "tag tucking" (purchasing garments, wearing and then returning them). We are a small family owned and operated business.
In the event that a return is accepted for ANY reason, it must be postmarked within 48 hours of receipt. The item(s) must be unworn, security tags in tact and in original condition.
Payments
All payments are processed via a third party payment processor like PayPal, Square, Stripe etc., We never have access to your financial information.
Personal Information
We NEVER disclose, sell or utilize information provided to us for ANY reason to ANY parties. The exception being USPS, FedEx, UPS etc., Required to effectively ship your order. We do not send out spam emails. We figure if you wish to find out about specials, discounts, free contests etc., You will follow us on Facebook, Pinterest and/or Instagram where we announce such information.

Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address associated with your payment provider. We DO NOT ship orders to alternate addresses. This is for your financial protection.
Please make sure the address on your order is correct PRIOR to placing your order.
No DH Clause
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. Life is too short to deal with unkind, entitled, rude DH's. Be nice, be fair and be kind. We'll do the same <3
