Around shoulder is approx. 32” unstretched.
Length is approx. 49” including ruffle.
Upper arm elastic is approx. 17”.
Maximum circumference around bottom hem is approx. 114”-118”
This garment has been photographed over a standard size hoop skirt.

Constructed with quality shirting cotton. Fabric has a soft hand with a beautiful drape. It is opaque. The lighter the color the less opacity.
