Measurements and Information Required for Custom made VESTS & DOUBLETS:
*2.) Around the fullest part of the breast. This is usually the nipple line
*3.) Around the rib cage .Right under the base of the breast
*4.) Around your natural waist. This is where the abdomen naturally indents. Relax, do not suck in.
*5.) Around the hip/abdomen whichever is the largest of these measurements
Measurements 6-11 are taken vertically. This will determine the length needed in conjunction with the circumference measurements above.
*6.) Measure from under the arm ( line #1) to the natural waistline #4. Do this along the side of your torso
*7.) Measure from the natural waist (line #4 to where you want the doublet to end on the side not the point in front. Again measure on the side of the torso
*8.) Measure from under the bust (rib line #3) down the center usually in line with the navel (belly button) to where you want the end of the double to be.
*9.) Measure from the base of the neck. Top of shoulder ridge to shoulder crest.
*10.) Circumference of the neck at the base.
*13.) Measure from nipple to nipple. This should be done @ measurement line #2 and from center nipple to center nipple.
*14. ) Your height barefoot
*16. Nape (base) of the neck to the end of vest/doublet going down the center of the back. Length to 28" (this length includes tabs)
*17.) Fabric numbers
*18.) Grommet color: Gold/Brass, Black or silver
Reversible Detachable Sleeves Measurements: Detachable sleeves lace on the inside or outside of the arm, attached at shoulder with tie.
S1.) Measure the length from shoulder crest to wrist on the outside of the arm
S2.) Measure the circumference (around) the bicep. Largest part of upper arm
S3.) Measure the circumference (around) the forearm. Largest part of lower arm
S4.) Measure the length from the armpit to the elbow crook on the inside of the arm
S5.) Measure the length from the elbow crook to the wrist on the inside of the arm
S6.) Measure the circumference (around) the wrist.
