Measurements & Information Required for CUSTOM MADE POET SHIRTS:
*1.) Bust/Chest: Measure around fullest part of breast (usually the nipple line).
*3.) Hip: Measure around the hip or midsection whichever is largest. This measurement will be considered the "Hip" measurements for pricing purposes.
*4.) Length: Measure from shoulder to where you want the hem line to end. Top of shoulder, over breast to hemline.
*5.) Arm Length: Measure from top of shoulder crest (where arm attaches to torso) to your wrist.
*6.) Bicep: Measure largest circumference of upper arm.
*7.) Length Back: Measure from nape (base) of neck, Center of back to hemline.
*10.) Measure around shoulders (tape around front, back and both shoulders).
*12.) Your Height: Barefoot height top/crown of head to floor.
*15. ) Measurement around wrist.
*16. ) What color would you like your embroidery done in?
*17. ) What color grommets would you like? Black, Gold/Brass, or Silver.
